Penetration Tester

Job Description

TechNova Solutions is seeking a Penetration Tester for our fully remote European red-team practice. You will conduct web application, network and cloud penetration tests for clients across finance, healthcare and SaaS — chaining vulnerabilities into compelling attack narratives and delivering reports that actually drive remediation. Our red-team practice tests banks, hospitals and SaaS unicorns across Europe, where your findings directly prevent breaches affecting millions of customers.

We sponsor visas for Amsterdam-based team members, fund OSCP/OSWE certifications, and give you dedicated lab time for research. Our testers publish advisories, speak at conferences and work without the grind of body-shop consulting. You will also develop our cloud pentesting methodology, publish vulnerability research under your own name, and receive funded training towards OSEP and CRTL certifications.

Responsibilities

Perform web app, API, network and cloud penetration tests
Chain vulnerabilities into realistic attack-path demonstrations
Write clear, actionable reports with validated remediation advice
Conduct social engineering and phishing assessments where scoped
Develop custom tooling and contribute to internal methodology
Present findings to technical and executive audiences

Requirements

3-5 years of professional penetration testing experience
Strong web application testing skills (OWASP Top 10, API security)
Proficiency with Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap and custom scripting
OSCP certification strongly preferred; OSWE a plus
Solid report-writing skills in English
Understanding of cloud (AWS/Azure) attack surfaces
