Job Description

FinEdge Capital is seeking a detail-driven Payroll Officer for our Singapore finance hub, processing accurate and timely payroll for over eight hundred employees across the Asia-Pacific region. You will manage payroll calculations, statutory contributions, and employee payroll queries with the precision our people depend on. Payroll cycles include monthly salaried runs plus weekly processing for contract staff. You will also manage year-end tax reporting and bonus payrolls.\n\nPayroll is a critical, respected function offering excellent stability and specialisation. We provide training on regional payroll legislation, exposure to multi-country payroll systems, and a clear path into senior payroll and compensation roles. A payroll-system upgrade project next year offers valuable implementation experience. You will also support the annual payroll audit with external auditors and prepare the required statutory filings.

Responsibilities

Process monthly payroll accurately for 800+ employees across APAC\nCalculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions and final settlements\nManage statutory contributions including CPF and tax filings\nRespond to employee payroll queries promptly and professionally\nReconcile payroll accounts and prepare management reports\nEnsure compliance with Singapore and regional payroll legislation

Requirements

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field\nMinimum 3 years of payroll processing experience\nStrong knowledge of Singapore payroll legislation and CPF requirements\nExceptional numerical accuracy and attention to detail\nProficiency with payroll systems and advanced Excel\nEligibility to work in Singapore
