Job Description
FinEdge Capital is looking for a sharp Financial Analyst to join our New York investment team. You will build financial models, analyse company performance and support investment decisions across our portfolio. This hybrid role offers direct exposure to senior fund managers and a clear path toward associate-level responsibility. You will build operating models, track KPIs and support quarterly board reporting cycles.
You will prepare valuation models, track market developments and present findings that influence real capital allocation. We value intellectual curiosity and precision. Our analysts receive structured training, Bloomberg terminal access and sponsorship for CFA qualifications. We sponsor CFA studies and promote high performers to associate roles within two years. You will work directly with portfolio managers on live investment decisions, building elite financial skills in one of the world's leading financial centres.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuations.
Analyse financial statements and identify investment opportunities.
Prepare investment memos and presentations for the committee.
Monitor portfolio performance and market developments.
Support due diligence on prospective investments.
Collaborate with senior analysts and fund managers.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or accounting.
2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or investment banking.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
CFA progress or strong interest in pursuing it.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
High attention to detail under tight deadlines.
