MediServe Staffing is hiring a driven Recruiter for our Chicago office, specialising in placing healthcare and technology professionals with our client organisations. You will manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation, building lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You will run around fifteen live requisitions at any time across nursing, allied health and technology roles.\n\nStaffing is a fast-paced, rewarding profession where your earnings directly reflect your effort. Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle from job intake to successful placement\nSource candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and headhunting\nScreen CVs, conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability\nPresent shortlists to clients and coordinate interview processes\nNegotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding\nBuild long-term talent pipelines in healthcare and technology sectors

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline\nMinimum 2 years of recruitment, sales or customer-facing experience\nExcellent communication and persuasion skills\nTarget-driven mindset with resilience to rejection\nStrong organisational skills managing multiple live roles\nUS work authorisation required
