Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description

TechNova Solutions is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive engineering hiring for our Berlin product hub. You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill tech roles, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding. Hiring spans backend engineers, data scientists and product designers for our Berlin and remote teams.\n\nBerlin is one of Europe's most exciting tech hiring markets, and you will be at the centre of it. We offer training in advanced sourcing techniques, employer-branding projects, and a clear path into senior TA, TA leadership and people-partner roles. You will attend tech meetups and hackathons as a TechNova ambassador. You will also run our employee-referral programme across the Berlin hub and track its results.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans\nBuild proactive sourcing strategies for software engineering and product roles\nManage the full interview process ensuring excellent candidate experience\nScreen technical candidates and coordinate assessments and interviews\nMaintain accurate pipeline data and hiring metrics in the ATS\nContribute to employer-branding initiatives and tech-community engagement

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business or related field\nMinimum 3 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally in technology hiring\nStrong sourcing skills including Boolean search and talent mapping\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills\nData-driven approach to recruitment metrics and reporting\nEligibility to work in Germany
