Cybersecurity Consultant

Job Description

TechNova Solutions is engaging a Cybersecurity Consultant on a 12-month contract to advise our French enterprise clients on security strategy and compliance. Based in Paris with hybrid flexibility, you will conduct risk assessments, guide ISO 27001 implementations, and help CISOs build pragmatic security roadmaps. Our Paris practice advises CAC 40 CISOs on programmes worth tens of millions, where your recommendations shape the security posture of France's largest enterprises.

You will also develop our NIS2 compliance accelerator, mentor junior consultants, and receive funded ISO 27001 Lead Auditor and CISM certifications.

Responsibilities

Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and gap analyses
Guide clients through ISO 27001 implementation and certification
Develop security strategies and multi-year roadmaps
Advise on NIS2 and DORA regulatory compliance
Facilitate workshops with CISOs and executive teams
Produce board-level reports and remediation plans

Requirements

5-8 years in cybersecurity consulting or GRC roles
Deep ISO 27001 implementation and audit experience
Knowledge of NIS2, DORA and French ANSSI guidance
Strong executive communication in English and French
CISSP, CISM or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer certification
Big-4 or boutique consultancy background preferred
