Job Description
FinEdge Capital is hiring a Compensation and Benefits Analyst for our London HR centre of excellence, supporting reward strategy across our UK and European operations. You will analyse market salary data, support annual pay-review cycles, administer benefits programmes, and ensure our reward offerings remain competitive and compliant. You will benchmark roles across technology, finance and operations job families.\n\nThis analytical specialism offers excellent career prospects in total rewards, with exposure to executive compensation, benefits design and pay-equity analysis. We provide study support towards professional reward qualifications and a clear path into senior analyst and reward-manager positions. Exposure to executive-remuneration projects offers rare insight into board-level reward decisions. You will also model the cost impact of proposed benefits changes for leadership review. Membership of the reward professionals network is funded annually.
Responsibilities
Analyse market salary benchmarking data and prepare competitive pay recommendations\nSupport annual salary-review and bonus cycles with modelling and reporting\nAdminister employee benefits programmes including pensions and healthcare\nEnsure reward practices comply with UK legislation and reporting requirements\nConduct pay-equity and gender-pay-gap analyses\nPrepare reward communications and management reports
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Mathematics or related field\nMinimum 3 years of experience in compensation, benefits or HR analytics\nStrong Excel and data-analysis skills; HRIS experience preferred\nUnderstanding of UK reward legislation and tax implications\nHigh integrity handling sensitive pay data confidentially\nEligibility to work in the United Kingdom
