TechNova Solutions is hiring a WordPress Developer for our fully remote digital agency team serving clients across the UK, US and Gulf states. Working from Pakistan, you will build custom WordPress themes and plugins, optimise WooCommerce stores, and transform Figma designs into fast, pixel-perfect websites. Our agency clients include hospitality groups, clinics and e-commerce brands across three continents, giving you constant variety in design styles and technical challenges.

We provide a home-office allowance, paid training on advanced WordPress development, and a steady pipeline of interesting client projects — no dry spells. Strong performers grow into senior developer or technical lead positions, with the option to specialise in headless WordPress and modern JS frameworks. You will also learn headless WordPress with Next.js frontends, contribute to our internal starter theme used across forty client sites, and receive paid advanced JavaScript training.

Responsibilities

Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch
Convert Figma/PSD designs into responsive, pixel-perfect websites
Build and optimise WooCommerce stores with payment integrations
Improve site speed, Core Web Vitals and SEO fundamentals
Maintain and update client sites, fixing bugs promptly
Communicate progress clearly with project managers and clients

Requirements

1-3 years of professional WordPress development experience
Strong PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript fundamentals
Experience with ACF, custom post types and WooCommerce
Familiarity with page builders (Elementor) and theme customisation
Basic understanding of web hosting, DNS and SSL
Good written English for client communication
