Job Description

EduWorld International is seeking an enthusiastic Training Coordinator for our Sydney learning centre, organising professional-development programmes for educators and corporate clients. You will schedule courses, coordinate trainers and venues, manage enrolments, and ensure every training session runs smoothly and to a high standard. Programmes range from single-day workshops to twelve-week accredited courses for teaching professionals. You will coordinate cohorts of up to sixty participants, managing everything from enrolment to certification.\n\nWorking in the education sector, you will help shape learning experiences that genuinely advance people's careers. We offer training in instructional design, exposure to e-learning platforms, and development pathways into learning-and-development management roles. You will also evaluate new learning technologies and pilot blended-learning formats. Annual attendance at the national training conference keeps your methods current.

Responsibilities

Coordinate scheduling of training courses, trainers, venues and materials\nManage enrolments, confirmations and participant communications\nPrepare training rooms, equipment and learning materials for sessions\nCollect feedback and produce post-training evaluation reports\nMaintain training records and certification documentation\nSupport the development of e-learning content and resources

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education, HR or related field\nMinimum 2 years of experience coordinating training or events\nExcellent organisational and multitasking abilities\nStrong communication skills with trainers and participants\nFamiliarity with LMS platforms is an advantage\nAustralian work rights required
