Job Description

EduWorld International is hiring a Marketing Coordinator for our Auckland office to support campaigns promoting our online courses across Asia-Pacific. You will coordinate email sends, update website content, organise webinars and events, manage our asset library and keep our marketing engine running smoothly. Our Auckland marketing team promotes courses to students in fifteen countries, running campaigns across search, social, webinars and education fairs.

This entry-level role is perfect for a marketing graduate eager to learn every facet of the craft. We provide structured mentoring, funded CIM qualifications, and rotation opportunities across content, events and digital — with most coordinators promoted within 18 months. You will also coordinate our annual virtual open day with 10,000 attendees, manage our student ambassador programme, and receive funded CIM qualifications within two years.

Responsibilities

Coordinate email campaigns, webinars and marketing events
Update website content and landing pages in our CMS
Maintain marketing asset library and brand templates
Support social media scheduling and community responses
Track campaign timelines and coordinate with agencies
Compile monthly marketing performance reports

Requirements

1-3 years of marketing experience (internships and placements count)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with CMS platforms and email tools
Basic design skills (Canva) and social media knowledge
Excellent written English
Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
