Job Description

TechNova Solutions is engaging a Shopify Developer on a freelance basis to build and customise e-commerce stores for our international retail clients. Working remotely from Pakistan, you will develop custom Shopify themes with Liquid, build private apps, integrate payment gateways and third-party tools, and optimise stores for conversion and speed. Our retail clients range from fashion boutiques to electronics distributors, with several stores processing seven-figure annual revenues through builds you will create.

Responsibilities

Build custom Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Develop private and custom Shopify apps
Integrate payment gateways, shipping and marketing tools
Migrate stores from WooCommerce, Magento or custom platforms
Optimise store speed, SEO and conversion rates
Provide post-launch support and iterative improvements

Requirements

2-4 years of Shopify development experience
Strong Liquid templating skills and Shopify APIs knowledge
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML and CSS
Experience with Shopify Plus features and checkout customisation
Understanding of e-commerce UX and conversion optimisation
Self-motivated with reliable remote working setup
