Business Data Analyst

Job Description

MediServe Staffing is looking for a Business Data Analyst for our Doha headquarters to turn workforce and healthcare staffing data into strategic insight. You will analyse placement trends, consultant performance and client demand across the GCC, building dashboards that guide our expansion and optimising the matching of medical professionals to hospitals. Our Doha headquarters coordinates staffing across six GCC countries, and your analyses of placement data will guide where we open offices and which specialisms we prioritise.

You will also build our workforce forecasting models, present quarterly insights to the regional board, and receive funded training in advanced Power BI and predictive analytics.

Responsibilities

Analyse staffing, placement and revenue data across GCC operations
Build Power BI dashboards for regional leadership
Forecast consultant demand and identify market opportunities
Measure recruiter and consultant performance metrics
Automate recurring reports and improve data processes
Present insights and recommendations to senior management

Requirements

2-4 years of business or data analysis experience
Strong SQL and Power BI/Tableau skills
Advanced Excel and commercial acumen
Experience in staffing, recruitment or healthcare data preferred
Ability to translate analysis into business recommendations
Excellent English communication skills
