Job Description
TechNova Solutions is hiring an organised and proactive Project Manager to lead software delivery projects from our London office. You will own project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure that every release lands on time and within budget. Our portfolio includes cloud platforms and mobile applications serving millions of users. You will manage budgets of up to two million dollars and coordinate delivery teams across London and offshore locations.
You will run daily stand-ups, manage risks and keep stakeholders informed with clear, honest communication. This role suits someone who thrives on structure yet stays calm when priorities shift. You will work with talented engineers, designers and QA specialists who take pride in shipping quality products. We promote from within, and successful project managers regularly advance to programme management and delivery leadership roles. You will deliver major software projects with real ownership and client visibility.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute and close software projects using Agile and Waterfall methods.
Define project scope, timelines, budgets and resource requirements.
Coordinate engineers, designers and QA teams across multiple time zones.
Identify risks early and implement effective mitigation plans.
Report progress to senior leadership and external clients.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team velocity.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, IT or a related discipline.
3-6 years of project management experience in technology.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence and MS Project.
Excellent leadership, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong command of English, written and spoken.
