Operations Manager

Job Description

SkyLine Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across our Dubai hotel properties. You will be responsible for guest satisfaction, staff performance and the smooth running of front office, housekeeping and food and beverage departments. This is a senior on-site role with real authority to shape the guest experience. You will also oversee procurement, vendor contracts and capital expenditure planning for all managed properties.

You will lead a multicultural team of more than eighty staff, manage operating budgets and ensure every property meets our five-star standards. Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across multiple hotel departments.
Lead, mentor and evaluate a team of 80+ hospitality professionals.
Manage operating budgets and control costs without harming quality.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and brand standards.
Handle escalated guest complaints with professionalism and care.
Analyse operational KPIs and implement improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or business administration.
6+ years of hospitality experience, including 3 years in management.
Proven track record in luxury or upscale hotel operations.
Strong financial acumen with budgeting experience.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to relocate to Dubai; visa sponsorship provided.
