Job Description
TechNova Solutions is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead our flagship analytics platform in San Francisco. You will own the product vision, define the roadmap and work hand-in-hand with engineering, design and marketing to deliver features customers love. This role carries real ownership and visibility with the executive team. You will define pricing and packaging strategies in partnership with marketing and sales leadership.
You will talk to customers weekly, analyse usage data and turn insights into prioritised backlogs. We practise empowered product teams, so you will have genuine authority over what gets built. Responsibilities
Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the analytics platform.
Conduct customer interviews and translate insights into requirements.
Prioritise the backlog balancing customer value and business goals.
Work daily with engineering and design through Agile sprints.
Define success metrics and analyse product performance data.
Communicate roadmap and progress to executives and stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree; MBA or technical background a plus.
5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
Proven record of shipping successful software products.
Strong analytical skills with SQL or analytics tool experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Deep understanding of Agile product development.
