BuildRight Contracting needs an HR Manager for our Abu Dhabi headquarters supporting 3,000+ employees across the Gulf. You will lead talent acquisition, employee relations and HR operations at scale.

Responsibilities

Lead recruitment for technical and site roles; Manage employee relations and grievances; Ensure UAE labour law compliance; Oversee HRIS and payroll coordination; Drive engagement initiatives.

Requirements

6+ years HR experience with 3+ in the Gulf; Strong UAE labour law knowledge; Experience with large workforces; CIPD or SHRM certification; Arabic an advantage.
