Factory Worker

Job Description

BuildRight Contracting's manufacturing partner in Penang is hiring diligent Factory Workers for our building-components production lines. You will operate machinery, assemble products, conduct quality checks, and work as part of a supportive production team meeting daily output targets. Lines produce precast concrete panels and steel components for major infrastructure projects. You will rotate across cutting, assembly and finishing stations to build broad skills.\n\nWe provide full safety training, protective equipment, and steady full-time shifts with overtime opportunities. Manufacturing offers reliable employment with regular increments, and committed workers advance into machine-operator, line-leader and supervisory positions. Production bonuses are paid monthly when line targets are exceeded. Free transport from designated pickup points makes commuting easy. You will also serve on the factory safety committee, representing your production line.

Responsibilities

Operate production machinery safely following training and SOPs\nAssemble building components to specification and quality standards\nConduct visual quality checks and report defects immediately\nKeep workstations clean, organised and compliant with safety rules\nMeet daily production targets as part of the line team\nWear required PPE and follow all factory safety procedures

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred\nPrevious factory or production experience is an advantage\nPhysically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual work\nWillingness to work shifts including nights on rotation\nStrong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures\nEligibility to work in Malaysia
