Civil Engineer

Job Description

BuildRight Contracting is hiring a Civil Engineer for our Doha infrastructure portfolio. You will oversee structural works on roads, bridges and commercial developments, ensuring quality, safety and programme adherence. This on-site role offers visa sponsorship and a tax-free salary in Qatar's booming construction market. You will manage QA/QC documentation and ensure all works pass inspections first time.

You will manage site teams, review method statements and liaise with clients and consultants. Our order book includes landmark projects across the Gulf. Responsibilities

Supervise civil and structural works on site.
Review drawings, method statements and programmes.
Ensure quality control and HSE compliance.
Manage subcontractors and site resources.
Liaise with clients, consultants and authorities.
Prepare progress reports and documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
4+ years of site experience in the Gulf preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
Familiarity with Primavera P6 an advantage.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Willingness to relocate to Doha; visa provided.
