FinEdge Capital is recruiting an Investment Banking Analyst for our New York office. You will support live M&A and capital markets transactions, building models and preparing pitch materials for senior bankers. Responsibilities

Build LBO, DCF and merger models for live transactions.
Prepare pitch books and client presentations.
Conduct company and industry research.
Support due diligence and deal execution processes.
Coordinate with legal, accounting and regulatory advisers.
Track deal pipelines and maintain transaction databases.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or a related field.
0-2 years of experience; strong internships valued.
Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Deep understanding of valuation methodologies.
Ability to work long hours under pressure.
Outstanding attention to detail.
