FinEdge Capital is seeking a polished Client Relations Officer for our wealth-management office in Dubai, serving as the primary point of contact for our valued clients. You will manage onboarding, handle service requests, coordinate with advisors and operations teams, and ensure every client enjoys a seamless, premium banking experience. You will manage a personal portfolio of priority clients, conducting regular service-review meetings.\n\nThis client-facing role suits a relationship-driven professional with impeccable communication skills. We offer full UAE visa sponsorship, comprehensive training in financial products and compliance, and excellent progression into relationship management and private-banking roles. Cross-training with the advisory team opens pathways into licensed relationship-manager roles. You will also support client events and seminars hosted by the wealth-management team. Annual cross-training with the investment desk deepens your product knowledge further.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for client service requests and enquiries\nManage client onboarding including KYC documentation and account setup\nCoordinate with advisors, operations and compliance teams on client matters\nHandle complaints professionally, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution\nMaintain accurate client records in the CRM system\nIdentify opportunities to deepen client relationships and refer to advisors

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field\nMinimum 2 years of experience in client service, preferably in banking or finance\nImpeccable English communication; Arabic is a strong advantage\nProfessional demeanour with strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills\nHigh integrity and understanding of client confidentiality\nWillingness to relocate to Dubai; visa sponsorship provided
