Job Description

MediServe Staffing is hiring persuasive Telemarketers for our Islamabad telesales centre, promoting our clients' telecom, insurance and education products to customers across Pakistan. You will make high-volume outbound calls, pitch products confidently, and convert conversations into confirmed sales. You will dial around one hundred and twenty prospects daily using our auto-dialler system. Campaigns rotate across telecom, insurance and solar products to keep things fresh.\n\nTelesales is an excellent entry point into the sales profession, rewarding strong communicators with daily incentives on top of base pay. We provide complete product and sales training, a lively team environment, and fast promotion into senior telesales, quality and team-lead roles. Evening-shift allowances and weekend bonuses reward flexible team members. You will also test new scripts and provide feedback to campaign managers on what converts best.

Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers\nDeliver persuasive product pitches following approved scripts\nHandle objections confidently and close sales on the call\nAccurately record call outcomes and customer details in the system\nMeet daily and monthly targets for calls, conversions and revenue\nFollow up with interested prospects to finalise sales

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent\nGood spoken Urdu and English communication skills\nConfident, persuasive personality with resilience to rejection\n0-2 years of telesales or customer-facing experience preferred\nAbility to work evening shifts\nBasic computer literacy
