Site Engineer

Job Description

BuildRight Contracting is hiring Site Engineers for major residential and commercial projects across Riyadh. You will supervise daily site activities, set out works and ensure construction matches drawings and specifications. This on-site role offers visa sponsorship and excellent exposure to large-scale Saudi developments. You will check reinforcement, formwork and concrete pours before each critical stage.

You will coordinate subcontractors, check quality of workmanship and keep precise site records. Our project pipeline is secured for years ahead, offering real job security. Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities on site.
Set out works using surveying instruments.
Check workmanship against drawings and specs.
Coordinate subcontractors and labour resources.
Maintain daily site diaries and records.
Enforce safety procedures across the site.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
2+ years of site experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Familiarity with surveying equipment.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Willingness to relocate to Riyadh; visa provided.
