Construction Manager

Job Description

BuildRight Contracting is appointing a Construction Manager to lead a landmark mixed-use development in Dubai. You will own the project from mobilisation to handover, managing budgets, programmes and a site team of over 200. This senior on-site role offers visa sponsorship and a premium tax-free package. You will chair progress meetings and manage commercial correspondence with the client.

You will drive the master programme, control costs and ensure uncompromising quality and safety standards. Our projects define skylines, and we give our managers real authority. You will lead a landmark development with full commercial and operational authority, supported by an experienced head office team and best-in-class project controls.

Responsibilities

Lead all site operations from mobilisation to handover.
Manage project budget, programme and resources.
Direct site engineers, foremen and subcontractors.
Enforce strict HSE and quality standards.
Report progress to clients and senior management.
Resolve technical and commercial issues on site.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management.
8+ years of experience with 3+ in a management role.
Proven delivery of large-scale projects in the Gulf.
Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
Excellent leadership under pressure.
Willingness to relocate to Dubai; visa provided.
