SEO Specialist

Job Description

TechNova Solutions is looking for an SEO Specialist for our fully remote growth team driving organic acquisition across our SaaS products. Working from Pakistan, you will own technical SEO audits, keyword strategy, content briefs and link-building campaigns — with direct visibility into how your work moves MRR. Our SaaS products compete for high-value B2B keywords across the US, UK and Gulf markets, where your technical and content SEO work compounds into durable growth.

We provide premium tooling (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog), a home-office allowance, and a performance culture where great SEO work is celebrated loudly. You will collaborate with content writers, developers and product marketers across three continents. You will also run our digital PR outreach programme, experiment with AI-assisted content workflows, and receive funded advanced SEO certifications plus a testing budget.

Responsibilities

Conduct technical SEO audits and drive remediation with developers
Own keyword research, mapping and content-brief creation
Build high-quality backlinks through outreach and digital PR
Monitor rankings, traffic and conversions; report insights weekly
Optimise Core Web Vitals and site architecture
Stay current with algorithm updates and test new tactics

Requirements

2-4 years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable results
Strong technical SEO skills: crawling, indexing, schema, CWV
Proficiency with Ahrefs, Semrush, Search Console and Screaming Frog
Content SEO experience: briefs, optimisation, internal linking
Link-building outreach experience
Analytical mindset with clear reporting skills
