Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description

TechNova Solutions is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our demand-generation engine from London. You will own our paid, organic and lifecycle programmes end-to-end — managing a £1.5M annual budget, a team of four specialists, and the pipeline targets our sales organisation depends on. Our London marketing organisation drives pipeline for a sales team across EMEA, where your programmes will influence over £20M in annual revenue.

We are looking for a data-obsessed leader who has scaled B2B SaaS marketing. You will set strategy, run experimentation programmes, and report directly to the VP Marketing with genuine influence over our go-to-market direction. You will also build our account-based marketing practice, hire two additional specialists as we scale, and receive executive leadership coaching plus a generous training budget.

Responsibilities

Own digital marketing strategy across paid, organic and lifecycle channels
Manage £1.5M annual budget and a team of four specialists
Drive pipeline and revenue targets in partnership with sales
Run CRO and experimentation programmes across the funnel
Oversee marketing automation (HubSpot) and attribution modelling
Report performance and forecasts to executive leadership

Requirements

5-8 years of B2B digital marketing with team leadership experience
Proven track record scaling pipeline in SaaS or technology
Deep expertise in paid search/social, SEO and marketing automation
Strong analytical skills: attribution, CAC, LTV modelling
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce and BI tools
Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication
