Job Description

BuildRight Contracting is hiring energetic Sales Representatives to sell our building-materials and contracting services to developers and contractors in Jeddah. You will visit construction sites and client offices, build relationships with project managers and procurement teams, and convert enquiries into long-term supply contracts. You will cover the Jeddah metropolitan area and Western Province, visiting up to eight sites daily. A company vehicle and fuel card support your field activity.\n\nThis field-sales role offers excellent earning potential through commission on every deal you close. We provide full Saudi visa sponsorship, a company vehicle or allowance, product training, and a clear path into key-account management and regional sales leadership. Top field representatives are invited to our annual sales conference in Dubai. Ramadan and Eid schedules offer adjusted working hours in line with local practice.

Responsibilities

Visit construction sites, developers and contractors to generate new business\nPresent building materials and contracting services to decision-makers\nPrepare quotations and negotiate supply contracts\nMaintain regular contact with existing clients to grow repeat business\nTrack site project pipelines and upcoming tender opportunities\nAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; technical background an advantage\n0-3 years of sales experience; construction knowledge preferred\nValid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively\nStrong interpersonal and persuasion skills\nSelf-motivated with ability to work independently in the field\nWillingness to relocate to Jeddah; visa sponsorship provided
