BuildRight Contracting's brokerage division in Dubai is recruiting ambitious Real Estate Agents to sell and lease premium residential and commercial properties. You will generate your own leads, conduct viewings, negotiate deals, and guide clients through every step of their property journey in one of the world's most dynamic markets. Focus areas include Dubai Marina, Downtown and Palm Jumeirah, covering both off-plan and secondary markets.\n\nDubai real estate offers exceptional commission potential for driven agents, with top performers earning life-changing incomes. We provide RERA certification support, quality lead flow, marketing backing, and mentorship from our top closers to accelerate your success. Our in-house marketing team produces professional listings, videos and social campaigns for your properties. You will also host open-house events for premium listings across your focus areas.

Responsibilities

Generate leads through networking, portals, referrals and cold outreach\nConduct property viewings and present listings professionally\nNegotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants\nPrepare contracts and coordinate with legal and mortgage partners\nMaintain an active pipeline and follow up with prospects consistently\nStay updated on Dubai market trends, prices and regulations

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred\nSales experience preferred; real-estate background an advantage\nCharismatic communicator with strong negotiation skills\nSelf-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset\nValid UAE driving licence preferred\nWillingness to relocate to Dubai; visa sponsorship provided
