Job Description

TechNova Solutions is looking for a PPC Specialist for our Mumbai performance marketing team managing significant monthly ad spend across Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta. You will build and optimise campaigns targeting B2B buyers globally, run structured experiments, and squeeze every basis point of efficiency from our budgets. Our Mumbai team manages seven-figure annual spend targeting B2B buyers in North America and Europe, where your optimisation directly drives pipeline growth.

You will also test emerging channels like Reddit and programmatic ABM, build our incrementality measurement framework, and receive a fast track to performance marketing lead.

Responsibilities

Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta campaigns end-to-end
Build account structures, keyword strategies and audience targeting
Run structured A/B and incrementality experiments
Optimise bidding, budgets and landing-page alignment
Produce weekly performance reports with actionable insights
Stay current with platform changes and beta features

Requirements

2-4 years managing substantial PPC budgets
Deep Google Ads expertise (Search, PMax, YouTube)
LinkedIn Ads experience for B2B; Meta Ads a plus
Strong analytical skills: Excel/Sheets, attribution basics
Google Ads certification preferred
Clear English communication for global stakeholders
