Payroll Specialist

Job Description

FinEdge Capital is seeking a meticulous Payroll Specialist for our Karachi shared services centre. You will process monthly payroll for several hundred employees, ensure statutory compliance and resolve pay queries promptly. This hybrid role offers the chance to work with regional HR and finance teams in a professional multinational environment. You will also prepare EOBI and social security filings and support internal payroll audits.

You will run payroll cycles, maintain employee records and prepare statutory filings. Accuracy and confidentiality are paramount. Responsibilities

Process accurate monthly payroll for 500+ employees.
Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses and deductions.
Ensure compliance with local labour and tax regulations.
Resolve employee payroll queries professionally.
Maintain confidential payroll records and reports.
Support payroll audits and statutory filings.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or HR.
2+ years of payroll processing experience.
Knowledge of Pakistan labour and tax regulations.
Proficiency with payroll software and Excel.
Exceptional accuracy and confidentiality.
Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
