Job Description

SkyLine Hospitality Group is looking for a skilled Gardener to maintain the lush landscaped grounds of our resort property in Dubai. You will care for lawns, flower beds, palm trees and irrigation systems, ensuring our outdoor spaces remain beautiful and inviting for guests year-round. The resort spans twelve acres of themed gardens, water features and palm avenues. You will join a team of eight horticulturists led by an experienced landscape manager.\n\nWorking in our horticulture team, you will learn advanced landscaping techniques for desert climates with full training provided. We offer UAE visa sponsorship, accommodation, and a peaceful outdoor working environment with long-term job security and progression into senior gardener and landscaping-supervisor roles. Annual landscaping competitions between our properties celebrate the most beautiful grounds.

Responsibilities

Maintain lawns, flower beds, hedges and palm trees to high standards\nOperate and maintain irrigation systems efficiently\nPlant seasonal flowers and assist with landscape redesign projects\nApply fertilisers and pest-control treatments safely\nKeep garden tools and equipment clean and in good repair\nMonitor plant health and report issues to the landscaping supervisor

Requirements

No formal education required; horticulture training preferred\nPrevious gardening or landscaping experience an advantage\nKnowledge of plants suited to hot climates is a plus\nPhysically fit and comfortable working outdoors\nReliable with genuine interest in horticulture\nWillingness to relocate to Dubai; visa sponsorship provided
