Inside Sales Representative

Job Description

DataMinds Analytics is hiring Inside Sales Representatives for our Dublin sales hub, selling our analytics platform to European mid-market companies entirely by phone, video and email. You will qualify inbound leads, run remote product demos, and close deals without ever leaving your desk. You will work around sixty inbound leads monthly, sourced from marketing campaigns across Europe. Video demos typically run thirty minutes with technical support on hand.\n\nInside sales is one of the fastest-growing sales professions, offering excellent earnings and work-life balance. We provide structured sales training, modern sales tools, and a transparent promotion path into senior ISR, account executive and sales-leadership positions. Monthly SPIFFs reward specific achievements like fastest close or best discovery call. You will also contribute winning talk tracks to our shared sales playbook each month.

Responsibilities

Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities\nConduct remote product demonstrations via video calls\nManage the full sales cycle from first call to close\nMaintain accurate pipeline and activity records in the CRM\nFollow up persistently with prospects to drive conversions\nCollaborate with marketing on lead quality and campaigns

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience\n0-2 years of sales, telesales or customer-facing experience\nConfident phone manner and excellent written communication\nComfortable with video selling and remote sales tools\nTarget-driven with strong self-discipline\nEligibility to work in Ireland
