Heavy Equipment Operator

Job Description

BuildRight Contracting is recruiting experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for our Perth infrastructure projects. You will operate excavators, loaders and dozers on major earthworks and road projects. This on-site role offers excellent Australian pay and long-term project security. You will operate graders and compactors to achieve precise final levels.

You will work to grade specifications, perform daily machine checks and follow strict site safety protocols. We maintain a modern fleet and prioritise operator safety and training. Licensed operators with GPS machine-control experience will be highly valued. Experienced operators enjoy excellent rates and year-round project continuity. Responsibilities

Operate excavators, loaders and dozers safely.
Work to levels and grade specifications.
Perform daily pre-start machine checks.
Follow site safety and traffic plans.
Report faults and maintenance needs.
Coordinate with ground crews and spotters.

Requirements

Valid heavy equipment operator licences/tickets.
3+ years operating excavators or similar.
GPS machine-control experience an asset.
Strong safety record.
Physically fit for site conditions.
Eligibility to work in Australia.
