Job Description
DataMinds Analytics is looking for a strategic Customer Success Manager to own relationships with our enterprise analytics clients in London. You will drive product adoption, ensure clients realise measurable value from our platform, and identify expansion opportunities within your book of business. Your book will include listed retailers, banks and media groups with complex data needs.\n\nThis is a high-impact role at the intersection of relationship management and commercial growth. You will partner with sales, product and data-science teams to shape client outcomes, with an attractive base salary, uncapped commission on renewals and expansions, and a clear route into senior CSM and leadership roles. An annual President's Club trip rewards CSMs exceeding 110 percent of retention targets. You will co-present client success stories at our annual customer conference in London.
Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving adoption and retention\nDevelop success plans with measurable outcomes for each client\nRun quarterly business reviews with senior client stakeholders\nIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with sales\nAdvocate for clients internally, channelling feedback to product teams\nMonitor health scores and proactively intervene on at-risk accounts
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology or related field\nMinimum 4 years of experience in customer success or account management, ideally SaaS\nStrong commercial acumen with a track record of hitting retention targets\nExcellent presentation and executive-communication skills\nData-literate with ability to discuss analytics concepts confidently\nEligibility to work in the United Kingdom
