Construction Laborer

Job Description

BuildRight Contracting is hiring Construction Laborers for our Doha project sites. You will assist skilled trades, handle materials and keep sites clean and safe. This entry-level on-site role offers visa sponsorship, free accommodation and a reliable income with no experience required. You will learn to use compactors, mixers and cutting equipment safely.

We provide safety induction, basic tools and on-the-job training. Hardworking laborers can learn trades and progress to skilled positions within our company. If you are physically fit, dependable and ready to work, we have immediate openings. Motivated laborers can train as skilled tradespeople through our development programme. We provide full safety induction, personal protective equipment and on-the-job training from experienced foremen, and motivated laborers can learn skilled trades through our development programme, progressing to higher-paid positions within the company.

Responsibilities

Assist skilled workers with site tasks.
Load, unload and move materials.
Keep site clean and organised.
Operate basic hand and power tools.
Follow supervisor instructions precisely.
Wear PPE and follow safety rules always.

Requirements

Physically fit for manual labour.
Willingness to work outdoors in heat.
No experience required; training provided.
Reliable and punctual work ethic.
Basic communication skills.
Willingness to relocate to Doha; visa provided.
