Job Description

FinEdge Capital is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst for our Riyadh office to drive data-informed decisions across our Middle East banking operations. You will develop executive dashboards, automate regulatory reporting, and analyse customer and product data to uncover growth opportunities in one of the region's most dynamic financial markets. Our Riyadh office drives analytics for the bank's retail and corporate divisions, where your dashboards guide branch strategy across the Kingdom's fastest-growing markets.

Responsibilities

Develop executive dashboards and self-service BI solutions
Automate management and regulatory reporting processes
Analyse customer behaviour, product performance and market trends
Maintain semantic data models and KPI definitions
Train business users on BI tools and data literacy
Ensure data accuracy and governance standards

Requirements

3-5 years of BI or analytics experience
Expert Power BI or Tableau skills including DAX
Strong SQL and data-warehouse knowledge
Experience with ETL concepts and data modelling
Understanding of banking products is a strong advantage
Excellent presentation skills for executive audiences
