Job Description

FinEdge Capital is recruiting a Banking Officer for our Mumbai branch operations. You will serve retail and SME clients, process transactions, open accounts and cross-sell banking products. You will promote digital banking channels and help customers adopt mobile and online services.

You will handle cash operations, resolve customer queries and support branch targets. Responsibilities

Serve walk-in customers and handle account services.
Process deposits, withdrawals and fund transfers accurately.
Open new accounts and complete KYC documentation.
Cross-sell deposits, loans and digital banking products.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and courteously.
Support branch sales targets and campaigns.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance or related field.
0-2 years of experience; fresh graduates welcome.
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Customer-service oriented personality.
Willingness to work branch hours including Saturdays.
