Responsibilities

Design and build scalable backend services in Python and Django; Lead technical design reviews and mentor junior engineers; Collaborate with product and design on roadmaps; Improve system reliability, performance and security; Participate in on-call rotation.

Requirements

5+ years of professional software engineering experience; Strong Python and Django skills with production experience; Experience with AWS, Docker and CI/CD pipelines; Solid understanding of distributed systems; Excellent communication skills in English.
