Growth Marketing Manager

Job Description

DataMinds Analytics is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager for our Stockholm office to lead full-funnel experimentation across our SaaS products. You will own the growth backlog, run rapid A/B and multivariate tests across acquisition, activation and retention, and work embedded with product and engineering squads. Our Stockholm growth team runs over a hundred experiments yearly across acquisition, activation and monetisation, with engineering support dedicated to growth.

Responsibilities

Own growth experimentation roadmap across the full funnel
Design and run A/B, multivariate and holdout tests
Analyse results with statistical rigour and clear readouts
Partner with product and engineering on growth features
Optimise onboarding, activation and retention flows
Scale winning experiments across channels and markets

Requirements

4-7 years in growth or performance marketing roles
Strong experimentation design and statistics knowledge
Hands-on skills: SQL, analytics platforms, testing tools
Experience with PLG or SaaS growth motions
Familiarity with Python/R for analysis is a plus
Excellent communication of complex results simply
