Job Description

SkyLine Hospitality Group is appointing an Executive Chef for our flagship luxury hotel in Doha. You will lead a brigade of 40 chefs across five outlets, setting culinary standards for one of the region's most prestigious properties.

Responsibilities

Lead all kitchen operations and brigades; Design seasonal menus and concepts; Control food cost and quality; Train and develop culinary talent; Ensure HACCP and hygiene compliance.

Requirements

10+ years with 5+ in luxury hotel leadership; Proven fine-dining background; Strong cost control skills; International exposure preferred; Able to relocate to Qatar.
