Responsibilities

Maintain clean, orderly guest and back-of-house areas to Four Seasons standards. Support room attendants and housekeeping colleagues during peak periods. Participate in daily briefings and team meetings. Anticipate guest needs and take ownership of guest concerns. Promote hotel services and products. Adhere to the hotel's code of conduct, grooming and hygiene standards.

Requirements

European passport or the legal right to work in Greece (essential). Good verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Greek an advantage. Warm, guest-focused attitude and professional grooming. Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced luxury environment. Available for the full Season 2026 contract (minimum 6–7 months).
