The Assistant Waiter supports the team across the full service cycle: presenting menus, communicating orders to the kitchen, coordinating timely delivery, setting up and breaking down tables and service areas, serving food and beverages to Four Seasons standards, and collaborating with stewarding, culinary and housekeeping teams. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a European passport or the legal right to work in Greece, fluency in English (Greek an advantage), and previous food and beverage experience is a plus. Responsibilities

Assist in presenting menu items to guests in an engaging manner. Communicate guest orders and special requests to the kitchen and coordinate timely delivery. Set up and break down tables, buffets and service areas. Serve appetizers, coffee, tea, bread and butter to Four Seasons standards. Operate tea/coffee equipment and support other outlets as required. Maintain safety and hygiene protocols; polish equipment and clean service areas.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience. European passport or the legal right to work in Greece. Fluency in English essential; Greek an advantage. Previous food and beverage service experience a plus; food handling and sanitation certification also a plus. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
