ETL Developer

Job Description

DataMinds Analytics is hiring an ETL Developer for our Bangalore data integration team building the pipelines that feed our clients' analytics platforms. You will develop robust ETL/ELT workflows with Informatica, Talend and Python, integrate data from ERPs, CRMs and APIs, and ensure data lands accurately and on schedule. Our Bangalore team integrates data for US and UK healthcare clients, where accurate, timely pipelines directly support patient-care analytics and regulatory reporting.

Our Bangalore centre offers structured training, Informatica certifications, and a clear path to senior ETL or data engineering roles. You will work in Agile squads with data modellers and BI developers, supporting clients across the US, UK and Middle East. You will also modernise legacy ETL towards cloud-native patterns, gain Snowflake and dbt experience on client projects, and receive funded Informatica advanced certification.

Responsibilities

Design and develop ETL/ELT workflows using Informatica and Talend
Build Python-based data ingestion from APIs and flat files
Implement data validation, error handling and reconciliation logic
Optimise ETL performance for large-volume batch processing
Schedule and monitor jobs with enterprise schedulers
Document mappings, lineage and operational runbooks

Requirements

2-4 years of ETL development experience
Strong Informatica PowerCenter or Talend skills
Solid SQL skills across Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL
Python scripting for data processing
Understanding of data warehousing concepts
Familiarity with job schedulers (Control-M, Autosys)
