Email Marketing Specialist

Job Description

DataMinds Analytics is hiring an Email Marketing Specialist for our fully remote growth team running lifecycle programmes for our B2B SaaS products. Working from Malaysia across APAC and European audiences, you will build automated nurture journeys, craft high-converting campaigns, and run relentless A/B testing in Customer.io and HubSpot. Our lifecycle programmes nurture prospects across APAC and Europe, where cultural nuance in messaging can double engagement rates.

We are a data company, so email is measured rigorously: you will have full analytics support, a testing budget, and direct influence on pipeline. Our remote culture offers async flexibility, annual retreats and genuine work-life balance. You will also build our preference-centre experience, pioneer SMS and WhatsApp lifecycle extensions, and receive funded Marketo and Iterable certifications.

Responsibilities

Build automated lifecycle journeys: onboarding, nurture, win-back
Design and execute promotional email campaigns
Run A/B tests on subject lines, content and send times
Segment audiences and personalise messaging
Monitor deliverability, spam scores and list hygiene
Report on email-attributed pipeline and revenue

Requirements

2-4 years of B2B email marketing experience
Hands-on Customer.io, HubSpot or Marketo expertise
Strong copywriting skills for email
A/B testing and lifecycle marketing knowledge
Understanding of deliverability, SPF/DKIM/DMARC
Analytical skills with clear reporting
