SkyLine Hospitality Group is hiring remote Customer Support Specialists to assist guests across our hotels in English and one additional language. This is a fully remote role open to candidates across Europe.

Responsibilities

Respond to guest queries via chat and email; Resolve booking and service issues; Escalate complex cases; Maintain CRM records; Meet quality and response-time targets.

Requirements

1+ years in customer support; Excellent English (C1) plus one more language; Zendesk or similar experience; Reliable home internet; Customer-first attitude.
