Job Description

BuildRight Contracting's logistics division in Dallas is hiring hardworking Warehouse Workers for our building-materials distribution centre. You will receive, store and dispatch goods, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and keep the warehouse organised, safe and running efficiently. Inbound shifts receive and put away around forty pallets daily, while outbound teams pick up to two hundred order lines. Voice-directed picking technology makes the work efficient and ergonomic.\n\nWe provide paid forklift certification, safety training, and steady full-time hours with overtime. Warehousing offers honest, stable work with genuine advancement into inventory control, shift supervision and warehouse-management positions for committed team members. Cross-training across receiving, picking and dispatch builds your versatility. Safety bonuses are paid quarterly to incident-free teams. You will also train new starters on safe equipment use and warehouse procedures.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect and store incoming goods accurately\nPick, pack and dispatch customer orders within deadlines\nOperate forklifts and pallet jacks safely following training\nMaintain clean, organised aisles and storage areas\nConduct stock counts and report discrepancies\nFollow all warehouse safety procedures and wear required PPE

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent\nPrevious warehouse experience preferred; forklift licence an advantage\nPhysically fit and able to lift up to 25 kg repeatedly\nReliable with strong work ethic and attention to detail\nWillingness to work shifts including early mornings\nUS work authorisation required
