Job Description
SkyLine Hospitality Group is seeking a knowledgeable Travel Consultant for our premium travel studio in Melbourne, specialising in luxury and corporate travel. You will work with high-value clients to craft bespoke journeys, manage complex multi-destination itineraries, and provide the white-glove service that defines our brand. Your clients will include executives, celebrities and honeymooners seeking once-in-a-lifetime journeys.\n\nThis role is ideal for an experienced travel professional who thrives on building long-term client relationships. We offer an attractive base salary with generous commission, ongoing product training with luxury suppliers, and familiarisation trips to some of the world's most desirable destinations. Annual supplier showcases in Dubai, Singapore and London keep you connected with the finest travel partners worldwide. You will also mentor junior consultants joining the studio as our premium client base continues to grow.
Responsibilities
Consult with premium clients to understand travel preferences and requirements\nDesign bespoke luxury and corporate itineraries across multiple destinations\nManage bookings, changes and complex multi-sector travel arrangements\nBuild long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat and referral business\nLiaise with airlines, hotels and DMCs to secure VIP treatment for clients\nAchieve personal and team revenue targets while upholding service standards
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism or Hospitality preferred\nMinimum 3 years of experience in travel consultancy or premium travel sales\nStrong knowledge of luxury destinations, airlines and hotel brands\nExceptional interpersonal skills and a polished professional manner\nProficiency with GDS and travel booking platforms\nAustralian work rights required
