SkyLine Hospitality Group is expanding its leisure travel division in London and is looking for an enthusiastic Travel Agent to design unforgettable holidays for our clients. You will handle enquiries, build tailor-made itineraries, book flights, hotels and tours, and provide expert advice that turns one-time bookers into loyal repeat customers. Specialising over time in destinations such as the Maldives, Japan or safari Africa is actively encouraged and rewarded.\n\nThis role suits a natural salesperson with genuine passion for travel and destinations worldwide. We offer uncapped commission on top of a competitive base salary, discounted staff travel, and comprehensive training on GDS booking systems and our preferred supplier network. Our top sellers each year earn fully paid familiarisation trips to long-haul destinations.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound enquiries and design tailor-made holiday itineraries for clients\nBook flights, hotels, transfers, tours and travel insurance using GDS systems\nAdvise clients on destinations, visa requirements and travel documentation\nMeet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining service quality\nFollow up with clients before and after travel to ensure satisfaction\nStay updated on destination trends, supplier offers and promotional fares

Requirements

High school diploma; travel and tourism qualification preferred\nMinimum 2 years of experience as a travel agent or in travel sales\nFamiliarity with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre or Travelport\nExcellent communication and consultative selling skills\nStrong geographical knowledge and genuine passion for travel\nEligibility to work in the United Kingdom
