Job Description

SkyLine Hospitality Group is looking for a dynamic Tour Operator to manage our inbound tour programmes in Kuala Lumpur. You will coordinate ground arrangements for international tour groups, liaise with hotels, transport providers and attractions, and ensure every itinerary runs flawlessly from airport pickup to final departure. Key source markets include China, India, the Middle East and Europe, each with distinct product requirements you will master.\n\nThis behind-the-scenes role is perfect for a detail-obsessed organiser with strong supplier networks across Malaysia. You will play a central part in growing our Southeast Asia programme portfolio, with opportunities to develop new tour products and progress into operations management. Annual contracting trips to regional travel marts sharpen your negotiation skills and supplier network. Quarterly product-training sessions and supplier workshops keep your destination knowledge sharp year-round.

Responsibilities

Coordinate ground handling for inbound tour groups including hotels, transport and guides\nNegotiate rates and contracts with local suppliers, hotels and attractions\nPrepare detailed itineraries, vouchers and operational documentation\nMonitor on-tour operations and resolve issues quickly to protect guest experience\nDevelop new tour products and packages for key source markets\nTrack costs and margins to ensure profitable tour operations

Requirements

Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality or Business preferred\nMinimum 3 years of experience in tour operations or DMC environments\nStrong network of suppliers across Malaysia and Southeast Asia\nExcellent English communication; Mandarin or Arabic is an advantage\nStrong negotiation, costing and organisational skills\nEligibility to work in Malaysia
