Social Media Manager

Job Description

SkyLine Hospitality Group is seeking a Social Media Manager for our Madrid office to run the social presence of our European hotel collection. You will own content calendars across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, direct photo and video shoots at our properties, and grow engaged communities that convert followers into guests. Our Madrid team manages social for twelve distinctive hotels, each with its own personality — from historic palaces to beachfront resorts.

Your work will be seen by millions of travellers — and directly influence booking decisions. You will also produce our TikTok series filmed across properties, manage our creator-in-residence programme, and receive funded advanced video-production training.

Responsibilities

Own social media strategy and content calendars
Direct photo/video shoots at hotel properties
Grow and engage communities across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
Manage influencer partnerships and user-generated content
Run paid social campaigns supporting launches and offers
Report on growth, engagement and booking attribution

Requirements

2-4 years managing brand social media accounts
Strong visual storytelling and short-form video skills
Experience with social scheduling and analytics tools
Influencer partnership and community management experience
Paid social campaign management
Fluent English; Spanish strongly preferred
