Job Description

Weflow, a venture-backed Revenue AI platform used by 200 fast-growing companies, is hiring a Senior or Principal Software Engineer on a fully remote basis from Berlin, Germany. You will lead the development of deep integrations and complex AI-driven workflows as the platform scales.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead the development of deep integrations for Weflow's Revenue AI Platform
- Build complex AI-driven workflows at scale
- Support a rapidly expanding customer base
- Shape how the platform evolves technically as a senior/principal engineer

REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years of experience in software development
- Expert-level proficiency in React, TypeScript and PostgreSQL
- Experience with AWS services and cloud architecture
- Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices
- Comfortable using AI for development and automating workflows
- Solid understanding of software design patterns and distributed computing principles
- Experience working in SaaS product companies
- Overlap with EU working hours (CET ± 2 hours)

JOB DETAILS
- Yearly salary: EUR 90,000 – 110,000 (published by employer)
- 100% remote – work from anywhere within your country of residence
